If you’ve ever tried to organize any room – whether it’s your bathroom or bedroom or home office – you’ve probably realized that you need to buy some kind of container to hold your stuff. But it can be tricky to know what type of storage bin is best for which purpose. So to save you from buying things that won’t actually help you achieve the organized home of your dreams, I’ve made a list of my favorite things!

Starting with some broad recommendations on what I use on nearly every job:
Clip on Bin/Basket Labels Bin Clips for Labeling TCS
Magnetic Labels for Fabric TCS Magnetic Bin Labels
All other labels from Talented Kitchen
66Qt Sterilite Container 66Qt Sterilite Target
15Qt Sterilite Container 15Qt Sterilite Container Target
The Container Store Bulk Containers

Just remember, organizing your home isn’t just about buying boxes and bins for everything you own (it also requires a bit of soul-searching and a lot of paring down your stuff). But when you have finally cleared out your closet or controlled your paper clutter, it’s helpful to have some tools to keep things tidy. Please read on for moving, packing, kitchen, pantry, drawer, closet & bathroom products to help you finish the job and become Organized & Orderly!

You’ve got the right moves!
Proper packing is essential for a stress-free move whether it’s local or across the country. Grabbing old boxes from the local grocery store may seem fine but if you plan for those boxes to keep your memories safe through hours or days of driving, you’re going to be disappointed. The more fragile an item,  the more essential it is to pack it well. Boxes get lifted, shifted and stacked throughout a long distance transport. Make sure the packing supplies you choose for your move can withstand all that goes into the transport process. After years of trial & error, the list below are THE best of the best when it comes to moving products.
Moving Boxes  – Small, medium, and large! We love Lowes, not only because they are the least expensive boxes, but they have built in handle holds – You will thank me after you have moved 100 boxes with ease!
Packing Tape  – Do not ever scrimp on tape.  Yes you can buy tape at a lower cost, but when it starts peeling off your boxes, don’t say I didn’t tell you so!
Sharpies – Chisel Pro  – Not all sharpies are created equal…. This one is just the right size for marking your moving boxes and is my go to fave!
Packing Tape Dispenser  – Easy to grip with a smooth tape dispenser.
Plastic Stretch Wrap  – Invaluable for wrapping small furniture, plastic drawers that don’t need to be emptied for the move.
Blanket Pads to protect your larger pieces of furniture.
Mattress Covers – to make moving your mattress a breeze… simply slip this cover on and your mattress will be protected en route to your new home!

Let’s Get Cooking!
You don’t need to be on staff at Martha Stewart Living to have a properly organized kitchen 😉 There are simple actions everyone can take to stay on top of clutter and keep even the most unruly of spaces in apple-pie order. Using containers to categorize items is one easy way to establish a degree of orderliness to all areas of your kitchen and pantry. Containers help organize because they group items and help combat the sprawl that tends to happen behind closed doors – and drawers. By confining items to one place, they make clean-up less of a chore because that container can quickly be removed and washed. The list of benefits go on and on but, narrowing down THE best options can be hard, until now …
Modular Drawer Organizers – All kinds of shapes and sizes allow you to design your inserts for your specific needs.
Junk Drawer Organizer – These are my absolute faves in this category.  I use them in the kitchen, the laundry room, the office and more!
Acrylic Spice Risers – Help make optimal use of space when organizing your spices.
Magnetic Spice Tins – Yet another option for your spices! We love how these look when all placed together. Label for easy identification.
Lazy Susan – I love using these for condiments, oils and vinegars in the pantry and specialty laundry products (stain removers, dyes, etc) in the laundry room. It is so much easier to see everything when you can just spin them around!
Bamboo Deep Drawer Organizers – These are spring loaded and allow you to further divide your drawer space.
Spice packets/Mixes Container for the Pantry – Sized just right to store together all those gravy mix and taco seasoning packets in one, easy to find spot!
Oxo Pop Kitchen Canisters – I use these for all my baking needs – 1 for white sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, pancake mix and more.  Totally air tight and easy to use… Just press down on the lid and up it “pops”!
Glass Canisters with Black Lids – Looking for something a little more decorative for your food storage needs? These are beautiful enough to display on your counter top. We use them for cookies, dog treats, candy jars, and more!

You’re just steps away from THE perfect closet!
Do you dread walking into your closet because you can never find anything? If so, let’s talk about the benefits of an organized closet and THE best tools to get you there!
Clear Shelf Dividers – These allow you to stack folded items, think t-shirts and sweaters without the risk of everything falling down when you pull out your favorite tee!
Water Hyacinth Baskets – These baskets look gorgeous on closet shelves and are a beautiful way of corralling a multitude of things… No drawer space?  Use for socks and underwear.  Travel bags and accessories? Large Baskets With Handles for Storage and more – Fold up your spare blanket, Roll up your spare towels, use as a pretty laundry hamper in your closet
Stackable Shoe Storage – Clear – We use these for flip flops and ballet flats. They stack beautifully and maximize space for your smaller shoes that don’t need to take up room on a regular shoe shelf.

Shoe Boxes (Lidded) Ladies High Heels – For that fabulous pair of Jimmy Choo’s or Louboutins that just don’t fit on a regular shoe rack!
